The two-day event is sponsored by the Irish Foodservice Suppliers Alliance and Bunzl McLaughlin and will take place at the Citywest Event Centre. Many leading brands, such as those who supply equipment, packaging, disposables, service suppliers, food and beverage suppliers, and artisan food producers will be hosting a stand, giving them an opportunity to network with visitors to the event. Around 2,000 people are expected to attend including chefs, baristas, bar tenders, hotel and restaurant managers, and café owners.

The National Skills Competition

Talent from across Ireland will be showcased in a number of competitions. The National Barista Championships are sure to create a stir as the winner will go on to represent Ireland in The World Barista Championships later this year. Other contests include The Irish Cocktail Championships, the winner of which will get the chance to compete in The World Cocktail Championships in Tokyo next year, and The Chef Ireland Culinary Competitions, where 150 chefs will compete for the title. There will also be a competition to find the best contract caterer in Ireland.

The Euro-Toques Live Stage

Euro-Toques Ireland is a community of chefs and cooks who promote traditional culinary methods, strive for excellent culinary standards as chefs, and always work with local produce. These principles are evident in food service businesses in Ireland such as Toscana, one of the many Italian restaurants in Dublin. At the Euro-Toques Live stage, there will be demonstrations and master classes from chefs who are members of Euro-Toque Ireland.

The Purpose of the Food and Bev Live Event

This event helps to raise the profile of the industry and provides an opportunity well-known suppliers along with those seeking to make a name for themselves to come face-to-face with customers and market themselves directly. It is also an opportunity for customers to seek out the latest products and the best quality services and products at the best prices in order to improve their business. The food service industry is a growing sector and a competitive one, which makes this event invaluable to all involved.
